Year 7 Admissions

Application Details

If your child is eleven years old by 31st August 2010 you should apply for a place now.

Please complete and application form and return it to the Academy Office by Friday 23rd October 2009.

You should also complete a Preference Form from your Local Education Authority.

The reason for the two application forms is that the Academy is part of the Coordinated Secondary Admissions Scheme.

You should also read the Walsall Academy Rules of Admission 2010 and the Information for Parents Booklet published by your Local Education Authority. This will give you full details of admissions criteria and procedures for securing a place at the academy.

In addition Religious Education and Personal, Social, Health and Sex Education is delivered as part of the entitlement curriculum.
