Welcome to Walsall Academy; a place where the students come first and all are challenged to be the very best they can be.

I am privileged to lead a school which values, inspires, and cares for its students.  Our students and staff want to share their success stories with you.

Walsall Academy is a school which is proud of its outstanding achievements, where students expect to be praised, celebrated and challenged. We are relentless in our pursuit of high standards and excellent teaching. We emphasise traditional values of good behaviour, honesty and mutual respect.

Our facilities are world class. Together parents, students and staff continue to build a safe, happy and vibrant school where everyone can achieve and no-one is left behind. 

Ofsted graded the Academy Outstanding in 2009.

However, we do not rest on our laurels. Governors and staff remain committed to working alongside parents/carers and students to create a “can-do” culture where young people develop the confidence and skills to make their mark in the world.

We want Walsall Academy students to aspire, achieve and succeed. It is my job to ensure that we continue to secure the best education, the best teachers and the best resources for our students. 

Our expectations of students, teachers and parents are high but the rewards last a lifetime!
