Start date for this post will be 1 September 2019 (or earlier if possible). Salary: £14,923 (term time only).

Learning Support Assistant Apprenticeship – Application Deadline is: Friday 24 May 2019

A great opportunity for someone to develop a career in education. Walsall Academy are looking for a Teaching Assistant. Full-Time, 190 Term Days and 10 Staff Training Days. £8,195 per annum.

Cleaner – Application Deadline is: Friday 24 May 2019

Start date: As soon as possible. Hourly rate of pay will be £8.21; 3:15pm-6:15pm Monday-Friday. 190 days per year, plus 10 professional development days.

Exam Invigilator Opportunities

We are currently looking for Exam Invigilators to assist with our summer examinations during the period from Monday 13 May 2019 to Monday 24 June 2019.

Train to Teach with Walsall Academy

Walsall Academy, in partnership with West Midlands Consortium, train teachers via a variety of routes. We are enrolling for 2019.

Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Foreign Languages, Geography

Trainees of shortage subjects may be able to receive a tax free bursary of £26,000.

English, History

Trainees can earn around £17,000 per year with course fees paid by Walsall Academy.
